Job Description
Location: Accra, Ghana
WhiteCap is an electric mobility and renewable energy company driving the electrification of transportation through electric vehicles and battery-swapping infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers according to technical specifications.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
- Assist senior technicians in assembly and repair tasks.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Skills and Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly, repair, or maintenance of 2-wheelers or 3-wheelers.
- Solid mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic electrical knowledge is a plus.
- Attention to safety and detail.
- Ability to work under the supervision of a senior technician.
