Job Purpose:

Lead the technical strategy, solution design, and service delivery for a Systems Integrator and Managed Service Provider (MSP), specializing in data center physical infrastructure, enterprise IT systems. Ensure successful project execution, SLA compliance, and team leadership while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of data center infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, power/cooling), enterprise systems, and cloud solutions.
  • OEM & Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with OEMs (e.g., Cisco, HPE, Dell) to certify and deploy best-fit solutions for clients.
  • Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end technical projects, ensuring OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) execution and SLA adherence.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor engineers, allocate resources, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with sales, finance, and clients to align solutions with business needs.
  • Process Improvement: Enforce ITIL best practices, risk mitigation, and “right first time” service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 5+ years in IT infrastructure (data center, networking, virtualization) with 3+ years in leadership.
  • Certifications: CCNA/CCNP, PMP/PRINCE2, ITIL, or OEM certifications (e.g., Cisco, VMware, HPE, Dell, Microsoft and Nutanix).
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in:
    • Data center physical infrastructure (power, cooling, racks, cabling).
    • Microsoft Server, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
    • Networking (firewalls, load balancers), collaboration tools (Exchange, SharePoint).
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving; strategic mindset.

  • Team performance and client satisfaction.
  • Revenue impact from solution deployments.
