About the Opportunity

Our staffing agency is recruiting on behalf of a leading marketing organization for a Systems Administrator responsible for managing user access, platform logins, digital systems, and day‑to‑day operational technology that supports B2B/ B2C IT activities. This role ensures that internal teams and external users have secure, reliable access to the tools and portals essential for operations across all verticals

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across client portals, marketing platforms, internal systems and other systems.
  • Administer and maintain digital platforms used for B2B/ B2C engagement, including login management, troubleshooting access issues, and ensuring system uptime.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and coordinate timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, access protocols, and platform workflows.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and client services teams to support platform needs and ensure smooth user experiences.
  • Coordinate with third‑party vendors and platform providers for escalations, updates, and system enhancements.
  • Support data integrity efforts, including backups, user audits, and compliance with security standards.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes by managing user setup, permissions, and system access.
  • Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Additional Issues assigned

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in systems administration, platform administration, or digital operations.
  • Strong understanding of user access management, authentication protocols, and system permissions.
  • Experience supporting cloud‑based platforms, SaaS tools, or marketing technology systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot login issues, system errors, and user access problems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to support both technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and data protection standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a marketing agency or B2C‑focused environment.
  • Exposure to CRM, customer portals, analytics dashboards, or MarTech platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud).
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Administrator.
  • Experience with SSO, MFA, or identity management tools.
  •  Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune Endpoint Security & PowerShell, Cybersecurity
