Location:
Accra, Ghana

WhiteCap is an electric mobility and renewable energy company driving the electrification of transportation through electric vehicles and battery-swapping infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Carry out daily operations of the battery swap station as directed by the supervisor.
2. Record battery inventory and monitor charging cycles to ensure readiness to serve.
3. Ensure safety and operational procedures are followed.
4. Ensure excellent customer service at the station.
5. Document station productivity, incident logs and resource requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

1. WASSCE or technical certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in the related field.
3. Basic knowledge of electrical or battery systems preferred.
4. Good communication and reporting skills.
5. Ability to read and write.
6. Basic understanding of safety procedures.
7. Strong attention to detail.
