Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media & Content Marketing Strategist to lead and grow our digital presence across key platforms. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to develop engaging content, strengthen brand positioning, and drive measurable business results.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company’s brand voice, building high-performing social media strategies, and delivering impactful content that resonates with customers and drives revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice tailored to each platform
  • Create and manage content calendars aligned with marketing and business objectives

Content Creation & Execution

  • Conceptualize, script, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content (videos, reels, stories, and posts)
  • Produce high-quality content showcasing products, promotions, and brand storytelling
  • Stay updated on digital trends to ensure content remains relevant and competitive

Community Engagement

  • Manage and respond to customer interactions across all social platforms
  • Build and nurture online communities to strengthen brand loyalty
  • Oversee direct customer engagement channels, including WhatsApp

Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization

  • Drive performance across key digital marketing areas including SEO, SMO, SEM, PPC, and AI-driven search
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools such as platform insights and Google Analytics
  • Optimize content and campaigns based on data insights to improve ROI

Content & Platform Management

  • Ensure timely and accurate updates across digital platforms and website
  • Establish efficient content workflows, posting schedules, and reporting systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, campaigns, and promotions

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management and content marketing
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages
  • Hands-on experience in content creation, especially short-form video production
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience in FMCG or fast-paced B2C environments is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
