Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Showroom Manager, located on-site in Accra. The Showroom Manager will oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it is well organized and visually appealing. Responsibilities include managing customer experiences, enhancing customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. The Showroom Manager will also be responsible for driving sales, training showroom staff, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the role requires handling administrative tasks, inventory management, and ensuring product displays are accurate and attractive.
Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Sales and Showrooms management experience
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in inventory management and basic administrative skills
• Experience in the sanitary ware, ceramic, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
