Job Description

Location:
Accra, Ghana

WhiteCap is an electric mobility and renewable energy company driving the electrification of transportation through electric vehicles and battery-swapping infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assemble 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers according to technical specifications.
2. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in 2-wheelers.
3. Perform mechanical solutions to mechanical faults.
4. Supervise and guide junior technicians during assembly and repair work.
5. Ensure workshop tools and equipment are properly maintained.
6. Maintain service and maintenance records for vehicles.
7. Enforce strict adherence to safety practices and ensure proper use of PPEs.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in assembly, repair, or maintenance of 2-wheelers or 3-wheelers.
3. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
4. Ability to supervise and guide technicians.
5. Knowledge of motorcycle or tricycle mechanics preferred.
6. Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
