Job Description

SMT Ghana, the exclusive Volvo Equipment dealer in Ghana, is looking for an experienced Senior Technician to join our team.

The Role

  1. Diagnose, service and repair Volvo construction equipment
  2. Lead and support technical fault-finding and repairs
  3. Carry out inspections and planned maintenance
  4. Support and mentor other technicians where required

About You

  1. 7 – 12 years experience with heavy plant, mining, construction, agricultural or similar machinery
  2. Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  3. Driving licence
  4. Able to work independently and lead a team
  5. Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
