Sankofa Natural Spices is looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Supervisor to lead our sales operations in the Northern sector, ensuring product availability, achieving sales targets, and driving brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage the sales team across the Northern sector.
-Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
-Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
-Ensure product availability in all trade outlets.
-Monitor sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements
-Degree in Marketing or related field
-3–5 years of sales experience in FMCG
-Strong leadership and team management skills
