Job Description

A reputable Engineering firm which is into the sale of compressors, generators, pumps, and heavy industrial equipment and tools needs the services of a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive to engage. The ideal candidate must have vast experience in Engineering, Mining and Construction sector.

Key duties include:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
2. Search for relevant engineering, construction projects and tender opportunities
3. Generate leads and convert prospects into clients by working closely with engineering, project, and operations teams to understand service offerings
4. Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives
5. Promote the company’s brand and reputation within the industry
   Educational and Experience Requirements
   • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
   • Good sales and marketing experience, preferably within the construction, mining, engineering industry.
   • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
