JOB OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for leading and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. You will oversee the development and execution of sales plans, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and targets in the telecom sector.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation activities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the telecom industry.
· Lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing campaigns and promotional materials tailored to the telecom sector.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies, making adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
· Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- An MBA is a plus.3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the telecom industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services, particularly internet services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating sales teams.
- Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
