Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting fire safety products and services, building strong client relationships, and leading sales initiatives across industrial, commercial, and residential markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Promote and sell fire safety products and services to a diverse client base, including industrial, commercial, and residential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct client visits, safety awareness presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team to meet individual and team performance targets.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery and consistent follow-up with clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience in sales, preferably within fire safety, security systems, industrial equipment, or related industries.
- Good understanding of industrial, commercial, and residential safety requirements.
- Knowledge of fire safety systems (e.g., extinguishers, alarms, hydrants, suppression systems) is an added advantage.
