SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER

Job Description

Our client, a reputable manufacturing company in Ghana, is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing
Officer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in sales and
marketing, with a proven track record of developing strategies that drive growth and enhance market
share. The candidate should be results-oriented, professional, capable of building lasting client
relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing impactful marketing campaigns to
promote the company’s products across diverse markets.
LOCATION: Fumesua, Ejisu Municipality


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to enhance company visibility
and increase revenue.
Identify and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
Provide management with insights on customer needs, preferences, and potential for new products and
services.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through exceptional customer service
and regular follow-ups.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential
threats.
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, ensuring sales targets are met or
exceeded.
Assist in formulating pricing strategies and promotional offers.


KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales/Marketing Officer in the manufacturing industry.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
