📍 Location: Accra & Spintex (Supervising multiple store branches)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Retail Stores Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our store locations within Accra and Spintex.

Key Responsibilities
-Managing recruitment and staff onboarding
-Supervising store staff and ensuring performance standards
-Monitoring daily operations across branches
-Conducting weekly supervision rounds
-Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements
-Strong leadership and supervisory skills
-Experience in retail/store management
-Ability to manage teams effectively
-Good communication and organizational skills

Male candidates preferred and those staying in Accra Spintex and it’s environs.
Compensation & Work Schedule
💰 Salary: GHS 1,500.00 (Net)
🕒 Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday
🚗 Transportation: Provided for weekly supervision rounds
