Job Description

Tidex Scientific Group Ltd is seeking a motivated early-career professional to support our work in research, monitoring and evaluation (MEL), and project delivery.

This is an opportunity for a post-national service individual to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world development consulting assignments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
– Support research and data collection activities
– Assist in project coordination and implementation tracking
– Contribute to data analysis, reporting, and documentation
– Support proposal development and knowledge products
– Participate in fieldwork and stakeholder engagements (as required)

🔹 Profile We Are Looking For
1. Recently Completed National Service (preferred)
2. Background in research, public health, social sciences, development studies, or project management
3. Strong interest in MEL, research, and development consulting
4. Good writing, analytical, and organizational skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); data tools are an advantage

📍 Location Requirement
Applicants should preferably reside in Kasoa, particularly along the Obom–Domeabra Road corridor, for ease of coordination and field engagement.
