This role requires hands-on experience with recruitment technology, multi-language talent pipelines, and the ability to engage confidently with operations managers and senior leadership on all matters relating to talent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all BPO roles, from contact centre agents and quality analysts to team leaders, trainers, and senior support staff.
- Leverage diverse recruitment channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, campus partnerships, community networks, and specialist BPO talent pools.
- Respond swiftly and efficiently to ramp-up and ramp-down requests from operations, ensuring recruitment timelines align with client go-live dates and headcount fluctuations.
- Collaborate closely with Workforce Management and Operations teams to forecast hiring volumes and plan recruitment campaigns accordingly.
- Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to the high-level management.
- Analyse recruitment and HR data to identify trends, measure performance against KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, attrition trends), and make data-led recommendations.
- Prepare and present clear, concise recruitment reports and dashboards to HR leadership and operations management on a regular basis.
- Use data insights to continuously refine sourcing strategies, improve pipeline quality, and reduce time-to-hire.
