Are you a persuasive communicator with a talent for connecting with people? We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Virtual Assistant to specialize in cold calling and appointment setting. The ideal candidate will have a confident phone presence and a proven ability to generate qualified leads and secure appointments for our real estate agents.

This remote position is perfect for a highly motivated individual who excels at building rapport and navigating conversations to achieve clear objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to a variety of leads (e.g., FSBOs, expired listings, cold data, and referrals) to identify potential sellers and buyers.
  • Appointment Setting: Qualify leads based on our criteria and set confirmed appointments for our real estate agents.
  • Database Management: Accurately log all call activities, lead information, and appointment details in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Script & Rapport Building: Master our calling scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone. Overcome objections and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Reporting: Provide daily and weekly reports on call volume, lead conversions, and appointments set.

Requirements

  • Proven Calling Experience: Demonstrated experience in a cold calling, telemarketing, or sales role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: A clear, confident, and professional phone voice is a must. You should be a skilled listener and able to adapt your approach to different conversations.
  • Results-Oriented: A competitive drive and a passion for hitting and exceeding daily and weekly targets.
  • Resilience: The ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss) and other calling tools.
  • Dedicated Workspace: A quiet, professional workspace with a stable internet connection and a quality headset.
