Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of contractual and financial side of construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed within budget while maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis
- Monitor project costs and track variations
- Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contracts
- Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements
- Provide advice on procurement strategies
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of a BSc in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- At least 5 years of practical experience in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction cost management and contract administration
- Proficiency in relevant software tools
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
