Quality Control Officer – Food Processing
Job Description
About the Role:
A proactive Quality Control Officer is needed to ensure that all food products meet quality and safety standards throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of raw materials and finished products
- Ensure compliance with FDA and industry food safety regulations
- Maintain documentation of quality control tests and procedures
- Identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to uphold quality standards
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related discipline
- 2–4 years experience in food production or quality control
- Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
