Job Summary:
We are hiring a Quality Control Analyst to ensure that our beer products meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory analysis of raw materials, brewing intermediates, and finished products.
- Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological tests on beer samples.
- Monitor fermentation, carbonation, and packaging quality.
- Record and report results and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment.
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards (e.g., GSA, ISO).
Qualifications:
- BSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, or Microbiology.
- 2–3 years’ experience in quality control or laboratory work (preferably in a beverage or food production environment).
- Attention to detail and knowledge of laboratory safety procedures.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
