Job Description
Main Duties
- Establish and manage projects and partnerships with cooperatives, provide farmer training, digitalisation and operational support.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across agribusinesses, development partners, and cooperatives.
- Support sales and offtake of agricultural commodities.
- Maintain CRM records, track performance and provide market feedback to inform strategy.
- Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualification/Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years in project management and/or agricultural commodity sales, preferably in supply chains or emerging markets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Familiarity with agricultural value chains, farmer cooperatives, and digital transformation trends in Africa.
- Experience managing projects, partnerships, or programs in the agricultural sector.
- Experience with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and remote collaboration tools; quick to learn and explain digital platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and manage long sales cycles.
- Experience in SaaS sales is a plus.
- Full professional fluency in English and French.
