Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Achimota. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-departmental teams, managing resources effectively, monitoring progress, and addressing potential risks. The Project Manager will also be responsible for expediting critical tasks, inspecting project quality, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Qualifications
- Project Management expertise with the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects efficiently
- Expediting and Expeditor skills to ensure timely progression and resolution of project tasks
- Inspection and quality assurance skills to monitor project deliverables and ensure compliance with standards
- Logistics Management experience to oversee the coordination of resources, schedules, and supply chain operations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in project management roles; experience in relevant industries is an advantage
