Position Overview
The Project Manager will serve as the operational backbone of our projects and events, ensuring seamless coordination from concept development through execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project timelines, work plans, and implementation schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, partners, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare project reports, updates, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
- Support event planning, logistics, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools is an advantage.
