Job Description
Location: Accra, Ghana
Employment Type: Full-time
A reputable organization in the real estate/construction sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee development projects from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance
- Identify and mitigate project risks and delays
- Prepare reports and communicate project updates
- Support project handover and close-out activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field
*5 years+ experience in project management within construction or real estate development - Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contractor management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, and reporting tools
- Professional certification is an added advantage
