Now Hiring: Production Manager – Fresh Drops Beverage Factory (Oyibi, Greater Accra)

Industry: Water and CSD (Carbonated Soft Drinks)

Reports to: Plant Manager

Fresh Drops is building Ghana’s next major beverage brand, and we need a Production Manager who thrives under pressure, leads with precision, and delivers consistency at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production across four fully automated lines producing 50,000 bottles per hour

• Lead and develop a 30-member shift team with a zero-downtime mindset

• Monitor and optimise IoT systems, water balance, carbonation ratios, and power redundancy

• Drive operational excellence through strict adherence to SOPs, quality, safety, and efficiency standards

Qualifications and Experience

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)

• Five or more years of experience in high-volume beverage or FMCG bottling operations

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to remain steady under pressure

• Proven leadership in fast-paced, automated production environments
