Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Arrange travel, logistics, and accommodation.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support.

Requirements:

  • HND/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a PA or Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
