Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle confidential correspondence and documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Arrange travel, logistics, and accommodation.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support.
Requirements:
- HND/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a PA or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
