Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Role Overview:
The Paid Ads Specialist will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns with a focus on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. Responsibilities include creating and executing ad strategies, guiding creative development, and analyzing performance data to maximize ROI. The role calls for someone with a passion for eCommerce and beauty brands, particularly within the African American haircare market, and a strong ability to combine creativity with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, with a primary focus on Facebook and TikTok.
- Tailor campaigns to the specific needs of African American haircare brands, ensuring resonance with target audiences.
- Develop and oversee ad creatives, aligning messaging with brand positioning.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Creative Strategy & Execution
- Guide creative strategy and ad placements to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with design teams or external partners to produce impactful ad visuals, including images, video, and copy.
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate creative elements that boost engagement and reach.
- Market Trends & Insights
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign data to inform future strategies.
- Optimize ads using insights specific to the African American haircare market.
- Research competitor activity and apply findings to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report campaign performance with a focus on click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Provide regular updates to internal teams and clients, offering clear insights and recommendations.
- Continuously improve results by testing new creative approaches, targeting strategies, and optimization techniques.
Experience and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns, ideally in eCommerce or the beauty industry.
- Proficiency in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads; Google Ads experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising trends, with experience in the African American haircare market (highly desirable).
- Expertise in ad creation, creative strategy, and ad placements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Familiarity with ad management tools and CRM systems is a plus.
