Job Description

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operational activities across claims management, customer service, and administrative functions. The role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, strong internal controls, and seamless service delivery, while supporting executive leadership in the execution of the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Role-Specific Duties

  • Oversee and manage daily operations across claims management, customer service, and administrative functions to ensure efficient workflows
  • Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and performance standards in alignment with the company’s strategy and objectives
  • Ensure full compliance with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, service-level agreements, and internal control frameworks
  • Drive operational efficiency through process optimization, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs), service turnaround times, productivity levels, and quality assurance metrics
  • Identify operational risks and strengthen risk management, internal controls, and governance frameworks
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery and a seamless client experience
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate critical issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for management review
  • Provide operational insights, recommendations, and execution support for strategic initiatives led by the CEO

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in operations, administration, or process management

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational reporting tools
