We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Occupational Health Care Manager for our client who will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direct oversight of all occupational health services within the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee the process of health risk assessments, continuous workplace health surveillance, and the development of comprehensive employee well-being programs.____________________________
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and oversee occupational health strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization.
• Ensure compliance with local and international occupational health regulations, workplace safety standards, and best practices.
• Conduct health risk assessments and workplace hazard evaluations across all departments.
• Lead workplace health surveillance and medical screening programs, including pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work assessments.
• Oversee management of employee health records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
• Direct investigations into workplace incidents, collaborating with HSE teams to design and implement accident prevention strategies.
• Design and coordinate health promotion and wellness initiatives, including mental health support, fitness programs, nutrition campaigns, and vaccination drives.
• Monitor trends in employee health, absenteeism, and workplace injuries; develop strategies to reduce absenteeism and improve productivity.
• Provide professional advice on occupational health issues such as ergonomics, stress management, workplace adjustments, and rehabilitation.
• Deliver training and guidance to managers and employees on occupational health, safety, and well-being best practices.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Occupational Health, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Certification in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in occupational health, workplace safety, or employee wellness management.
• Demonstrated expertise in health risk assessments, workplace surveillance, and wellness program design.
• Strong track record of compliance with occupational health legislation and safety standards.
• Experience managing stakeholder engagement at corporate, healthcare, and regulatory levels.
