Job Summary

The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing overnight financial and operational activities, ensuring accurate reconciliation of daily transactions, preparing audit reports, and maintaining compliance with internal financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and nightly audits of financial transactions.
• Prepare accurate audit and reconciliation reports.
• Reconcile cash, credit card transactions, and other revenue records.
• Identify, investigate, and report discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with established financial policies and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Generate management reports for review.
• Support front desk operations during night shifts where necessary.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in hospitality auditing or a similar accounting role.
• Minimum qualification of HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional certification.
• Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and reporting.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
