Summary of Role
The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that products are effectively displayed, adequately stocked and well-promoted to maximize sales and enhance brand visibility.
The role involves monitoring inventory levels, analyzing market trends and coordinating with sales and supply chain teams to ensure optimal product availability and presentation across retail locations.

- Ensure attractive and effective product displays
- Maintain optimal stock levels in retail outlets
- Promote products to boost brand visibility and sales
- Monitor inventory and coordinate timely restocking
- Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams
Key Requirements
- Minimum of SHS Certificate
- Should be able to read and write
- Minimum of 1 year’s work experience in selling FMCG products
- Field sales experience and/or sales experience with a store will be an added advantage
