Experience Required

5–10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering within the construction industry.

Requirements

Must reside in Accra.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems for building and infrastructure projects.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design, supervise, and manage the installation and commissioning of Plumbing, Public Health & Environmental (PHE) systems.

Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Plan, implement, and supervise Fire Fighting Systems in accordance with applicable safety standards and regulations.

Lead and coordinate mechanical site establishment, ensuring all mechanical works are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications.
