Food for All Africa is a non-profit organization committed to reducing food waste and addressing hunger by redistributing surplus food to vulnerable communities. As part of our continued growth and impact, we are inviting qualified, passionate, and driven individuals to apply for the following positions:


1. Finance Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor cash flow and manage organizational expenditures.
Support audits and ensure proper financial documentation.
Develop and maintain financial controls and systems.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional certification (ACCA, ICA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.


2. Warehouse and Logistics Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee warehouse operations, storage, and inventory management.
Coordinate logistics for food collection and distribution.
Ensure compliance with food safety and handling standards.
Manage fleet operations and transportation planning.
Supervise warehouse staff and logistics teams.

Requirements:
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years experience in logistics or warehouse management.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.


3. Stock and Data Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock tracking systems.
Collect, analyze, and report data on food recovery and distribution.
Support monitoring and evaluation activities.
Ensure data integrity and timely reporting.

Requirements:
Degree in Statistics, Data Management, IT, or related field.
Experience with data analysis tools and inventory systems.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.


4. Field Coordinator (Agricultural Recovery)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate field operations related to agricultural surplus recovery.
Engage farmers and partners to facilitate food recovery.
Monitor field activities and ensure efficient operations.
Provide regular reports on recovery activities and impact.

Requirements:
Degree in Agriculture, Development Studies, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in field coordination or agriculture programs.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
