Job Summary
The Manager – Youth Development, Programs & Partnerships is
responsible for the strategic design, implementation,
coordination, and sustainability of youth-focused training,
hospitality exchange, and consulting programs delivered in
Ghana and internationally.
The role oversees youth training and job placement initiatives,
hospitality and intercultural exchange programs, consulting
services in program design and evaluation, and resource
mobilization for financial sustainability. The Manager ensures
high-quality, culturally responsive, and financially viable
programs delivered in English and French.
Key Responsibilities
- Youth Training, Development, Internships
& Job Placements
Design, coordinate, and manage youth training and skills
development programs aligned with labor market needs.
Develop and oversee internship, apprenticeship, and job
placement pathways with local and international partners.
Build partnerships with employers, training institutions, NGOs,
and government agencies.
Track participant progress, outcomes, and employment
impact.
Ensure programs promote inclusion, employability, leadership,
and entrepreneurship. - Hospitality & Intercultural Exchange
Programs
Lead the development and management of hospitality-based
training and intercultural exchange initiatives.
Coordinate inbound and outbound exchanges, including
logistics, host partnerships, and participant support.
Ensure programs foster cultural understanding, professional
development, and ethical engagement.
Collaborate with hotels, restaurants, training centers, and
international institutions.
Oversee program quality, safety, and compliance with local
and international standards. - Consulting – Program Design,
Implementation & Evaluation
Lead consulting assignments related to program design,
implementation, monitoring, and evaluation (M&E).
Support clients in developing logical frameworks, theories of
change, and implementation plans.
Oversee data collection, analysis, reporting, and learning
processes.
Prepare high-quality technical reports, proposals, and
evaluation documents.
Represent the organization in consulting engagements,
stakeholder meetings, and presentations. - Resource Mobilization & Financial
Sustainability
Develop and implement resource mobilization strategies to
support program growth and sustainability.
Identify and pursue funding opportunities, including grants,
partnerships, service contracts, and sponsorship.
Lead proposal writing, budgeting, and donor reporting
processes.
Support income-generating activities linked to training,
hospitality, and consulting services.
Monitor program budgets and ensure efficient use of financial
resources.
Cross-Cutting Responsibilities
Provide strategic planning and operational oversight across all
program areas.
Supervise program staff, consultants, interns, and volunteers
as required.
Ensure gender equity, youth inclusion, and intercultural
sensitivity in all activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, donors,
and stakeholders.
Represent the organization at local, regional, and international
forums.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor
requirements, and legal frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Master’s degree in Development Studies, Education, Hospitality
Management, International Relations, Business Administration, or
a related field (Bachelor’s with strong experience may be
considered).
Experience
Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in youth
development, international programs, hospitality training, or
consulting.
Proven experience managing multi-country or cross-cultural
programs.
Demonstrated success in resource mobilization, proposal
development, or partnership building.
Experience working with donors, international partners, and
private-sector stakeholders.

Cultural sensitivity and experience working in international

Language Requirements
Fluency in English and some French (spoken and written) is
required.
