Based in the Labone/Cantonments area of Accra, the firm supports public and private sector organizations across diverse industries, including energy, oil and gas, banking and finance, agriculture, and human capital development.
Job Purpose
The firm is seeking to recruit an experienced and highly competent Lawyer to strengthen its legal and management consulting practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing sound legal advice, delivering high-quality professional services to clients, and supporting the firm’s broader consulting engagements.
This role offers intellectually stimulating, diverse, and fast-paced work that requires strong legal expertise, commercial awareness, and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Liaising with Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs)
- Engaging clients, policymakers, and subject-matter specialists on technical and non-technical matters
- Conducting legal research and providing professional opinions and counsel on business transactions
- Analyzing, drafting, and reviewing contractual and commercial agreements
- Undertaking legislative reviews, interpretation, and drafting
- Preparing, reviewing, and drafting reports and advisory documents
- Leading negotiations, presentations, and stakeholder meetings
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the firm’s client base
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Lawyer with a strong post-call track record
- Postgraduate qualification(s) obtained from a recognized tertiary institution
- Five (5) to eight (8) years relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in areas aligned with the role requirements
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related applications

Work Arrangement
- Full-time role requiring extended working hours on weekdays and occasional weekend work
