Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Manage the company’s network and ensure cybersecurity protocols are followed.
- Ensure regular system backups and disaster recovery plans are up to date.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset inventories.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an IT support or system admin role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
