Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

• ?Diagnosing and fixing hardware/software faults.
• ?Setting up new user accounts and managing permissions.
• ?Managing email, internet connectivity, and other network services.
• ?Managing IT asset lifecycle (procurement, tracking, disposal).
• ?Assisting with IT needs for internal/external events.
• ?Create and maintain records of IT issues, solutions, and procedures, and train users on new technologies.
• ?Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and requirements.
• ?Ensure security of IT systems, including data backup, antivirus protection, and access controls.

Skills and Qualifications

• ?HND or degree
• ?Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• ?Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• ?Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• ?Knowledge of network protocols, security principles, and best practices.
• ?Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• ?Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• ?Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
