Role Description
The Human Resources Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Haatso. This role is responsible for overseeing HR operations, including supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, and maintaining accurate employee records. The Human Resources Officer will administer HR policies and procedures, manage employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and updating job descriptions, coordinating performance management activities, assisting with training and development initiatives, and supporting payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with relevant teams. The role also involves providing guidance to managers and employees on HR matters, promoting a positive workplace culture, and contributing to process improvements in HR practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources, including HR Management and Human Resources (HR) operations.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies aligned with organizational and legal requirements.
  • Skills in Employee Relations, including handling employee concerns, conflict resolution, and supporting engagement initiatives.
  • Ability to create and update Job Descriptions that clearly define roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with HR information systems and standard office software tools.
  • Ability to work on-site in Haatso, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
