What you’ll do:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Develop and/or update and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute human capital plans.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Implement effective talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Proactively address and resolve employee relations issues, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers in performance evaluation, coaching, and development.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Lead the design and administration of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
  • HR Operations:
    • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with all relevant employment laws
    • Prepare and / or update employee handbooks and any other documentation relevant to employment within the company
  • Employee Engagement and Wellness:
    • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and well-being
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organise events and activities that promote a positive workplace culture

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources, experience in a leadership position preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and the Google Suite (esp. Google Spreadsheets and Google Docs)
  • Fluent in Twi and / or Ga
  • In – depth knowledge of the Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651)
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills and decision making
  • Strong organisational skills
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Competence to build, nurture and effectively manage interpersonal relationships.

Compensation:

  • Gross salary: Ghs 9375/month
  • Personal Health Insurance Coverage
