Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team within a manufacturing company.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with extensive knowledge in HR management who can lead and
shape the HR function to align with our company’s goals. This role requires an individual with the capability to
oversee HR operations while also developing and implementing HR strategies that support organizational growth,
employee engagement, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
1- HR Strategy Development and Implementation
a. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
b. Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention.
c. Analyze HR metrics and trends to forecast and address workforce needs strategically.
d. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
2- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of qualified and suitable candidates
a. Partner with department heads and third-party providers to assess hiring needs and ensure
talent alignment with organizational goals.
b. Develop a succession planning strategy and maintain a pipeline for key roles.
3- Employee Relations and Engagement
a. Serve as a point of contact for employee issues, ensuring resolution in alignment with company
policies.
b. Foster a positive work environment that encourages feedback, inclusivity, and open
communication.
c. Design and implement employee engagement programs that align with organizational values.
4- Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance
a. Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness within the industry.
b. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, handling disciplinary matters,
grievances, and terminations as needed.
c. Regularly review and improve HR policies and procedures.
5- Performance Management and Development
a. Develop and implement performance management systems to foster employee growth and
accountability.
b. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership
potential.
c. Guide managers on effective performance coaching, feedback, and improvement plans.
6- HR Analytics and Reporting
a. Track and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, productivity) to support data-driven
decision-making.
b. Prepare and present HR reports to executive leadership, highlighting HR achievements and areas
for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or
CIHRM certification is preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
