Hala-GH, a growing and dynamic organization, is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources (HR) Officer to join its team in Accra. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent while fostering a productive and positive work environment that supports organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Advertise vacancies, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees
Employee Relations
• Handle employee inquiries and HR-related matters
• Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
• Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture
Performance Management
• Assist in developing and monitoring employee KPIs
• Coordinate probationary and performance evaluations
• Support managers in improving employee productivity
HR Administration & Compliance
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with Ghana Labour Laws and company policies
Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee data
• Support payroll preparation and coordination with the Finance Team
• Ensure adherence to company attendance and leave policies
Training & Development
• Identify employee training needs
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives
• Support career growth and staff development programs
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant HR experience
• Sound knowledge of Ghana Labour Laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Experience
• Experience within the Retail, Sales, Telecom, Finance, or Consumer Electronics sectors
• Exposure to payroll administration and performance management systems
What We Offer
💰 Net Monthly Salary: GH₵3,000 – GH₵4,000 (based on qualifications, experience, and performance)
