Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager, based in Accra. The EHS Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental programs. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, ensuring workplace compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, leading accident investigations, and delivering safety training sessions to employees. This role will also involve working closely with various departments to promote a culture of health and safety throughout the organization.

Qualifications
Expertise in Health & Safety standards and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) practices
Knowledge of Occupational Health protocols and experience in enforcing workplace compliance
Ability to lead and conduct thorough Accident Investigations and develop preventive measures
Proficiency in planning and delivering effective Training sessions on safety and environmental compliance
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively
Certification or education in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar EHS management role is considered an asset
