Job Description

JOB ROLE:

Supports the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs by conducting site inspections, enforcing safety policies, and delivering safety inductions.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum 02 – 03 years in Manufacturing Environment as HSE Personnel.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

• HND in Environmental Science
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety
• Certification in First Aid Administration
• Age Limit: 25 – 30 years maximum

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct and lead toolbox talks and pre-work area inspections.
2. Oversee HSE activities and ensure compliance at shop floor.
3. Ensure compliance with laid out safety procedures.
4. Respond to HSE incidents and emergencies and prepare the preliminary incident reports.
5. Document safety violations, incidents and near misses.
6. Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials.
7. Conduct equipment inspections.
8. Monitor the state of open actions and follow up with owners.
9. Promote initiatives to enhance the HSE culture among all personnel.
10. Implement feedback mechanisms to increase employee engagement in HSE.
11. Implement real-time risk assessment tools during shifts.
