Role Summary

The HR Officer will support the Human Resources function by managing recruitment activities, employee relations, performance management processes, training initiatives, and general HR administration. The role requires a proactive and people-focused professional committed to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Assist with employee relations, welfare, and engagement programs.
• Coordinate staff training and learning activities.
• Support policy implementation and HR compliance activities.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
• Assist with payroll administration and leave management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2–4 years’ HR experience.
• Good knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
