Agrisolve is hiring an HR Manager to lead and manage all hiring across the organisation. This role is suited for someone who can build structured, efficient, and high-quality recruitment systems, not just manage applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end recruitment for all roles across the company
• Design and run structured hiring processes
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for role and cultural fit
• Work closely with leadership to meet hiring needs efficiently
• Continuously improve hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience
Requirements
• Minimum of 3-5+ years’ working experience in Human Resource Management
• Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Ability to evaluate candidates beyond CVs and credentials
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
