Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead the people and administrative functions of a fast-paced FMCG company. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership abilities, sound HR expertise, and the ability to manage business operations in the CEO’s absence.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee all HR operations, policies, and employee relations
•Support senior management in driving organizational goals and operational efficiency
•Manage recruitment, performance management, staff development, and compliance
•Provide leadership support and ensure smooth day-to-day administration of the company
•Foster a productive, disciplined, and high-performing workplace culture
•Serve as a strategic link between employees and management to promote a productive work environment

Qualification and Experience

•Proven HR management experience within the FMCG industry
•Professional HR certification or relevant HR qualification
•Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
•Ability to work strategically and independently
•High level of professionalism, integrity, and emotional intelligence
