Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource management in our green manufacturing company, specializing in energy-saving cooking stoves. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor relations, workforce management, and strategic HR leadership, ensuring compliance with Ghanaian labor laws while fostering a productive and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage casual, fixed-term, and permanent employees, ensuring efficient workforce administration. ✔ Oversee labor relations and resolve workplace disputes while maintaining a positive organizational culture. ✔ Ensure accurate application of Ghanaian labor laws, including contracts, benefits, and workplace policies. ✔ Collaborate with various unions to negotiate and maintain fair labor agreements. ✔ Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and workforce well-being. ✔ Handle recruitment, training, and career development programs for employees. ✔ Maintain HR compliance, payroll oversight, and performance management frameworks.
Requirements
✔ Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in HR leadership. ✔ Strong expertise in managing casual, fixed-term, and permanent workers. ✔ In-depth knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws and employment regulations. ✔ Proven ability to manage labor relations, negotiate with unions, and handle workforce disputes. ✔ Strategic thinking and ability to drive HR policies for business growth. ✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
