5 Star Packaging, a growing company in the sourcing, processing, packaging, and distribution of premium West African food products, is seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead its remote and on-site HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR strategy, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with Ghana Labour laws and HR best practices
  • Oversee training and staff development initiatives
  • Manage office administration, facilities, and support services
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate vendors and logistics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in HR/Admin, with managerial experience
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
  • Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/agribusiness is an advantage
  • Professional certification (CIHRM/CIPD/SHRM) is a plus

Salary
11,000-13,000 net
