Job Description

Role PurposeThe ERM Coordinator is the frontline representative of HCP at client sites, responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with deployed staff, including attendance tracking, welfare support, and escalation of issues. This role ensures that deployed staff are supported, monitored, and properly documented, serving as the first point of contact for workforce-related matters, also the holder of the role is expected build enough trust with deployed staff that people feel comfortable raising concerns with them,  and must have enough process discipline that they log every interaction, escalate every flag, and never miss a welfare call. .

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Track and confirm daily staff attendance and escalate issues.
  • Conduct site inductions and onboarding activities.
  • Carry out weekly welfare checks and maintain staff engagement.
  • Report and escalate incidents and welfare concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs and documentation.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for deployed staff.
  • Support smooth day-to-day workforce operations at client sites

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred) with a minimum grade of a second class lower.
  • Minimum 3 years in workforce management, HR operations, or outsourcing with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Expectations

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain detailed welfare or case logs; proficiency with trackers and operational forms.
  •  Experience managing sensitive welfare matters, performance improvement processes, or exits with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience in a labour-intensive or high-volume deployment context Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High level of process discipline and operational accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and escalation judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
