Michael Stevens consulting Ghana is seeking to recruit a General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage the business effectively through planning and execution
• Monitor the company’s financial situation on a daily basis
• Control expenses without adversely affecting business performance
• Seeks new ways to increase and develop business opportunities

Qualification Required & Experience

• Good qualification in business administration
• A minimum of 10 years of working experience
• Skills and knowledge in the services (preferably the leasing/transport) sector
• Must have good financial qualifications or training – budgeting & financial qualifications planning is essential
• Excellent communication and networking skills are essential
• Must be sensitive to cultural differences
• The ability to recruit staff and monitor performance
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management
